Booking

Full payment is required at time of booking. You have the option of paying via the on-line booking form or by cheque. If payment is by cheque we require the cheque within 7 days of your enquiry or the reserved week will be released. If you wish to book anything other than 1 week blocks, please choose the short break button at the bottom.

In addition to booking fee a security payment of £50 is required which is returned to you 7 days after final inspection of the caravan.

Cancellation
You are liable for the full payment of the hire unless cancellation in writing at least 28 days before commencement of the let. All cancellations should be confirmed in writing to:

Insurance
Clients are strongly recommended to take out holiday Insurance to cover loss or damage to personal effects and cancellation expenses. We insure the property against fire etc but under no circumstances are liable for any loss or damage to your personal property.

The Holiday Let
This will normally be on a week to week basis from Saturday to Saturday. Entry is from 3pm onwards and departure is by 11am the following Saturday. The capacity of the let is 7 persons (Belavita) and must not exceed this number at any time. We do not allow sub-letting of the property

Belavita is strictly a non smoking caravan.

All water, electricity and gas is included with the let
Fresh towels and all linen are included as we endeavor to make your stay as comfortable as possible

Dogs are welcome in the property with a maximum of two. There is a charge of £10 per dog per stay to help cover the cost of extra cleaning on departure. Please bring your dog's own bedding and towels.
