Belavita has a large living room, with extensive seating area and separate arm chair, gas fire, music system, TV/DVD, reading and games. Separate dining area to seat 7 large dining table. Fully fitted Kitchen with all amenities - microwave, gas cooker, fridge, kettle & toaster and kitchen equipment, Bathroom with bath and shower and WC, Two separate bedrooms - Spacious master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dressing area. The second bedroom has three single beds and fitted wardrobes with an option to convert two singles to a double bed.

The dining area can be separated from living area and bedroom with dividers and has a large couch which converts into a private second double bed area

Belavita is situated on a quiet family site attached to Kingussie Golf Course in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park and has been proposed for consideration as a World Heritage Site.

This dramatic 18-hole Golf club is voted one of the top 5 most picturesque golf courses in the north of Scotland.

Kingussie is ideal as a base for you to enjoy walking, fishing, water-sports, climbing, mountain biking, skiing and the odd dram at any of the local distilleries. Within easy reach of Aviemore, Granton on Spey, Inverness, Pitlochry and Fort William. On site facilities include laundry, toilets and showers.

The Golf club bar and restaurant serves fantastic food in friendly surroundings where children are welcome. There is also a beautiful beer garden overlooking the golf course and hills
